Home Inspection

Providing peace of mind, one inspection at a time.

  • Standard Pre-Purchase Inspection
  • Informational-Only Inspection

Buying a home is one of the most important financial transactions you will make, and is probably the largest investment of your life. When making this major financial commitment, performing the necessary due diligence is critical to ensure that you are well-informed about the condition of the property. Having the home professionally inspected will give you more confidence in your decision to purchase the home and will educate you about the home's condition and maintaining it and all of its systems. Our Certified Master Inspector® is trained to identify problem areas both small and large that may have been overlooked by the previous owners and to identify safety issues that require immediate attention.

In this crazy seller's market, it's not unheard of to make 10 or even 20 offers on homes before one is accepted, only to find out that the seller is willing to accept your offer only if you agree to waive your inspection contingency. While this may not seem like a big deal to a seasoned real estate investor, to a first-time home buyer this is downright scary, and for good reason -  being in this position eliminates your ability to ask for repairs or walk away from the deal if there are issues with the home. You had to take a big risk to get into your new home. While we can't help you mitigate that risk, we can still help you understand the home's condition, how its various systems work and how to maintain everything. There are two options - have an "informational only" home inspection done before closing like a regular home inspection (not all sellers will allow access for this), or have an inspection done after you close. We now offer informational inspections at a reduced rate - $50 cheaper than our standard pre-purchase inspections.

Every Home Inspection Includes:

  • Meticulous Home Inspection by our Certified Master Inspector®.
  • Comprehensive, interactive inspection report with photos of any conditions found, delivered online the same day.
  • Thermal imaging technology to catch more issues not visible to the naked eye.
  • Wood-destroying insect inspection with FHA/VA-approved report (when required).
  • 90-day InterNACHI guarantee.
  • Our custom 96-page home maintenance guide.

Need A Septic System Inspection?

Private wastewater systems are deceptively complex and very expensive to repair or replace. We believe that these systems should only be inspected by a full-time septic system professional. We’re happy to recommend the septic professionals below, who are all GSDI-Certified Septic System Evaluators.
